Communiqué de Malagasy Mandroso: Pour l’équité et l’union nationale

Paris, le 15 novembre 2011
Lors de son intervention, Marc Ravalomanana a prouvé sa stature d’homme d’Etat en primant l’intérêt de la nation. En dépit du non respect de la procédure de nomination du premier ministre, ne voulant pas constituer un facteur de blocage, il a proposé des noms pour la constitution du gouvernement de transition.
Dans un esprit d’équité et d’union nationale, Nous, Malagasy Mandroso, réclamons la création d’un poste de vice premier ministre issu de la mouvance Ravalomanana.
La présidence de la transition a été attribuée à la mouvance Rajoelina et la primature à la mouvance Zafy. De ce fait, les ministères de souveraineté doivent revenir à la mouvance Ravalomanana.
Nous comptons sur la communauté internationale, notamment la SADC, pour exiger l’application immédiate des articles 20 et 22 de la feuille de route: retour immédiat et inconditionnel des exilés politiques et libération des détenus politiques.

Nasehon’ny Filoha Ravalomanana indray ny maha-olo-mangam-pirenena azy, mametraka ny tombotsoan’ny vahoaka sy ny firenena ambony noho ny ambom-pony, na dia hita mibaribary aza fa tsy nanara-penitra ny fanendrena ny praiministra. Mba tsy hilazana na anendrikendrehana fa Izy no sakana amin’ny fivoahana amin’ny Krizy, dia nanapa-kevitra ny hanolotra anaran’olona ho mpikambana ao amin’ny governemanta tetezamita ny tenany.
Ialàna amin’ny zara vilana sy ikatsahana ny fampihavanam-pirenena marina,  dia mitaky izahay “Malagasy Mandroso” ny hanendrena olona ao amin’ny ankolafy Ravalomanana ho Praiministra lefitra.
Satria nomena ny ankolafy Rajoelina ny toeran’ny filohan’ny tetezamita, natolotra ho an’ny ankolafy Zafy ny toeran’ny praiministra, dia rariny sy hitsiny kosa raha omena ny ankolafy Ravalomanana ireo ministe-ran’ny fiandrianam-pirenena. Mitaky izany ny “Malagasy Mandroso”.
Matoky tanteraka ny vondrona iraisam-pirenena izahay, ary mitodika manokana amin’ny vondrona SADC hanara-maso akaiky sy amin’ny fomba hentitra ny fampiharana haingana, tsy misy fepetra, ireo andininy faha 20 sy faha 22 voasoratra ao amin’ny tondrozotra : famelàna am-pahalalahana ireo sesi-tany politika any ivelany hody an-tanindrazana sy famoahana ireo gadra politika rehetra.

During his intervention, Marc Ravalomanana proved his stature of statesman by priorizing the interest of the nation. In spite of the non compliance in the procedure of the prime minister naming, not wanting to consti-tute a factor of blocking, he proposed names for the constitution of the government of transition.
In a spirit of fairness and national union, We, Malagasy Mandroso, demand the creation of a vice prime mi-nister post attributed to Ravalomanana ‘s political group.
The presidency of the transition was attributed to Rajoelina’s political group and the prime minister post was attributed to Zafy’s political group. Therefore, the sovereignty ministries have to be attributed to Ravaloma-nana’s political group.
We count on the international community, particularly on the SADC, to require the immediate application of the  20th and 22nd articles of the road map: immediate and unconditional return of the political exiles and liberation of the political prisoners.
